1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using the CleanBooking Hub platform to compare or schedule cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

CleanBooking Hub acts as an online booking intermediary. We provide the technology platform that allows users to request, schedule, and manage cleaning appointments. The actual cleaning services are performed either by our direct employees or vetted partner contractors, depending on availability and service type selected during the booking process.

2. Booking and Service Delivery

When you submit a booking request through our online form, you are offering to purchase a service subject to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate details regarding the size of the property, the level of cleaning required, and any specific access instructions. Incorrect information may lead to adjusted pricing or service refusal upon arrival.
  • Access to Property: You are responsible for ensuring the cleaning team has safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Health and Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service if the property presents a health or safety hazard to our cleaning teams, including but not limited to hazardous waste, severe mold, or aggressive pets.
Financial terms

3. Payments and Cancellations

Prices for our services are clearly displayed on the CleanBooking Hub platform. We strive for transparent pricing with no hidden fees; however, the final price is contingent upon the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.

Payments: Payment details must be provided at the time of booking. A hold may be placed on your card prior to the service, and the final charge will be processed upon completion of the cleaning. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.

Cancellations: We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value to compensate the assigned cleaning team for reserved time.

Legal Boundaries

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a high-quality service and vet all cleaning personnel thoroughly, CleanBooking Hub's liability for any damages or losses arising from the service is limited.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage to items of significant financial or sentimental value that were not appropriately secured or highlighted prior to the cleaning. Any claims regarding service quality or minor damages must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of the service completion.
